 There are three ways to register for our camps
   You Can:
·        Click here to download the complete application form and click here to download the brochure for our camps. You will need to install Adobe Reader on your computer to view the file if you haven’t already.
·        Request that we mail you a paper copy of our forms, please send an email to our office:swimming@pinecrest.edu. Be sure to include your mailing address in the email.

·         Register online by clicking here. Please note that following online registration, there is at least two additional  documents that must be completed using our paper forms:

                    1.      Permission Form 2008

                                2.      Health Form

                                3.      Medical Information

                                4.      Dues/Travel Information
